Object statuses are only available when configuring a notification at the class level in the Condition tab. The following options are available

Created |
A notification is sent when a new object within the Class is created. |

Changed |
A notification is sent when a change is made to the attribute values in an existing object within the Class. |

Deleted |
A notification is sent when an object is deleted from the linked Class. |
