In order for users to be able to subscribe to notifications concerning changes in specific objects within the Unity Viewer, the following must be configured:

The Hyland Distribution Service must be properly installed and configured in order for notifications to be sent.
Note:If you will be sending messages larger than 64000 bytes using WorkView, the temporary file cache must be configured.

A class Auto Name should be configured. The class Auto Name is used to construct the subject line of the email.
Note:
Users will only be notified concerning changes to data they have rights to view.
