You can insert the current user's user name or real name into a notification message or use it as a recipient.
To use the current user's information, from the Insert Token drop-down list in the Message tab or from the Recipients drop-down list in the Recipients tab, select Current User | %U - User Name or Current User | %R - Real Name.
