If you are configuring extension classes you can configure triggers to be inherited from the base class. In order to do this, you must configure the extension class in a specific way.
In the Extension tab in the Properties pane for an extension class, you must select the Inherit Triggers check box in order to inherit the base class' triggers.
As an additional way to control the triggers that are available for an extension class, you can set a specific trigger on the base class to not be inheritable. To configure a specific trigger to not be inheritable:
- Select the trigger you want to not allow to be inherited.
- In the Properties pane, select the Advanced tab.
- Select Not Inheritable.
