You can customize the columns displayed in the filter list by completing one of the following actions:

Click Display Column Chooser in the Filter ribbon.

Right-click on the filter results and select Filter Settings | Display Column Chooser.
A box allowing you to select the columns is displayed. The columns displayed are the columns currently configured for the filter's display. The following is an example:
Uncheck any columns you do not want to display. When you are finished, click Close.
