You can customize the order in which the tasks are displayed in the Tasks ribbon to meet your specific order preference. To specify an order for tasks:

  1. In the Tasks ribbon, click on the launcher button in the bottom right corner of the task group.
  2. The Organize Tasks dialog box is displayed.
  3. Select a task you want to move.
  4. Click up or down arrows to move the task to the appropriate location in the list. Tasks will display left to right in the order they are configured from top to bottom in this dialog box.
  5. When you have the tasks in the order you want them in, click OK.
