When another user shares a user-defined filter, you will receive a notification in the bottom right corner of the screen after accessing an application. To receive the shared filter:

  1. Click on Notification link in the bottom right corner. A message is displayed. The following is an example of a notification:
  2. Click Accept to accept the filter. If you do not want the filter, click Reject.
  3. Upon clicking Accept, the filter is imported into the user-defined filter bar within the associated application and is ready to use.
    Note:

    If you do not have rights to a shared filter or the filter has been deleted by the person that sent it to you before you accepted the filter, a message stating You cannot accept this filter. Please contact the owner of this Filter. is displayed. When this message is encountered, you will not be able to accept the filter.
