This field displays the attribute that the field is associated with. This field is not editable.

Specifies the text that is displayed at the top of the attribute control.

Displays specified text when the selected attribute control is hovered over in the Client.

Specifies the order in which fields/buttons acquire the cursor when the Tab key is pressed. Enter the appropriate numeric value that corresponds to the tab order number in the tabbing sequence. If you do not want a field included in the tabbing order, specify a negative numeric value. Ensure that you do not use the same value for multiple attribute fields/buttons.

Specifies the height of the selected attribute control's field header. The value entered can be one of the following units of measure:

• px - Pixels (This is the default unit and is used if no unit is specified.)

• % - Percentage

  Note:

  Relative height set on controls within a control that does not have a height set is not supported.

• in – Inches

• cm – Centimeters

• mm – Millimeters

• em – An em unit is the current font size. If the font size is set to 16 pt and the element is set to 2em, the element will be 32 pt.

• ex – An ex unit is equal to the x-height of the font.

• pt – Points

• pc – Picas

The value entered can be in percent of the screen, table cell, or container in which the field resides or in pixels.

When no height is displayed for a Formatted Text Attribute, it will be displayed as 250px

Specifies the width of the selected attribute control's field. The value entered can be one of the following units of measure:

• px - Pixels (This is the default unit and is used if no unit is specified.)

• % - Percentage

• in – Inches

• cm – Centimeters

• mm – Millimeters

• em – An em unit is the current font size. If the font size is set to 16 pt and the element is set to 2em, the element will be 32 pt.

• ex – An ex unit is equal to the x-height of the font.

• pt – Points

• pc – Picas

The value entered can be in percent of the screen or in pixels.

If the Width is not set for an attribute, it will display as 170px, unless it is a Panel, an Document Attribute or a Formatted Text Attribute. Panels, Document Attributes and Formatted Text Attributes will display as 100% when no width is specified.

Specifies how the text will be aligned within the label area for the attribute. The text can be aligned left, right, justify, or center.

When this is selected, it makes a field read-only in the client and does not allow the field to be edited.

When this selected, entering a value in the Client for the field is required.

When this is selected, the configured Label is displayed. When this is not selected, the configured Label is hidden.

This option is available for alphanumeric/text based attributes.

When this property is selected, the attribute field is a multiline field.

Once Multiline is selected, Allow Resize in enabled. When resize is selected, the field will have a control displayed that allows you to resize the field in the client.

If a value is pasted into this field and exceeds the maximum number of characters in the client, the characters will be truncated to fit within the appropriate maximum character limit.

Line breaks are counted as 2 characters.

Select this option and enter the text in the corresponding field that you want to display in the field before data is entered into the field.
