The following options area available from the Options section:

Show Select All Check Box |
When this is selected, the check box in the column header of an embedded filter that allows the user to select all items in the results is available. |

Show Row Numbers |
When this is selected, row numbers are displayed next to each item in the embedded filter. |

Allow Resize |
When this is selected, the filter window will have a control displayed that allows you to resize the area in the Unity Client. |

Auto Load |
When this option selected, the selected embedded filter will automatically load in the view. When this option is not selected, the user must click on the Retrieve Filter Results icon in the filter in order for the results to load. |

Auto-Save Current Object Before Adding New Row |
If you want to save the current object where you were entering information automatically before adding an object to the filter, select this option. If you have the right to modify the current object, it will be saved when the Add or Edit buttons are clicked in an embedded filter. In the client, if any of the required fields are not filled out by a user in the current object, a message stating all the required fields need to be completed is displayed and a new object will not be opened. If you do not select this option when adding an object to the filter list through the view, a dialog box will display asking if you want to save the object. If OK is clicked the current object containing the filter will be saved. If Cancel is clicked, the current object will not be saved and you will not be able to add a new object. Disable this option in cases where the user accesses a view without modify rights. |
