The following properties are available in the Toolbar section:

Property	Description
Allow Create	Allows creation of an object of the class linked to the filter when selected. An Add button will be added to the view if this check box is selected. Note: This option is not supported for filters configured for external classes. Note: This option is not supported for filters configured for extension classes that extend an external class.
Allow Delete	If you want to allow the deletion of objects, select this option. A Delete button will be added to the view. Note: This option is not supported for filters configured for external classes.
Allow Export to Excel	When this option is selected, the Export to Excel button is available for the selected filter in the view.
Allow Full Screen	When this option is selected, the Fullscreen button is available in the selected embedded filter.
Allow Open in New Window	When this is option is selected, the Open in new window button is available in the embedded filter. This will allow a user to open the results in a new window. Note: This option is not supported in the Web viewer.
Allow Print	When this option is selected, the Print button is available for the selected filter in the view. When using the Unity Viewer, a Print Preview button is available for the filter.
Allow Refresh	When this option is selected, the Refresh button is available for the selected filter in the view.
Allow Retrieve All Results	When this option is selected, the Retrieve all filter results for this filter button is available in the embedded filter. This will allow a user to open a new window and retrieve all of the results associated with the filter. Note: This option is not supported in the Web Viewer.
Allow Toggle Filtering	When this option is selected, the Toggle Filtering button is available for the selected filter in the view.
Allow User Overrides	When this option is selected, the Save Filter Settings and Reset Filter Settings buttons will be available in the filter and will allows the user to save embedded filter settings, such as column widths and sorting.
