Column settings will override the row settings for a cell.
Within the Rows tab, the following can be defined for each row:

Height |
Defines the height of the row. The value entered can be one of the following units of measure:

Horizontal Alignment |
This property defines the horizontal alignment of controls within the cells in the row. |
Vertical Alignment |
This option defines how the text within the row's cells will be aligned vertically. Alignment options available from the drop-down list are baseline, bottom, middle, or top. |
Background Color |
This option allows you to select the background color of the row's cells within the table. Click on the ellipsis (...) button to access a color picker to select the color. |
You can delete a row by selecting it and clicking Remove. A message asking Are you sure you want to delete the selected rows? is displayed. Click Yes to complete the deletion.
If you attempted to delete the only remaining row in a table, a message stating Are you sure you want to delete '<table id>'? is displayed. Clicking Yes will delete the table from the view.
