You can export filter results to Microsoft Excel. To export the filter results to Excel:

  1. Click the Export to Excel button.
  2. The Export to Excel dialog box is displayed.

  3. Select the appropriate Excel file extension you would like to create a file for. If you want to create a file with an .xlsx extension, select the Excel 2007 and Newer (.xlsx) option. if you want to create a file with an .xls extension, select the Excel 2003 and Older (.xls) option. The option you select will be the default option in subsequent exports.
  4. Click OK.
  5. You can click Open to open the file or Save to save the file. You can click Save | Save as to specify the location to save the file and filename. You can select Save | Save and open to save and open the file.
    Note:

    You must have Microsoft Excel installed on the workstation to use this feature.
