When configured properly, folders can be used to determine what documents are related to the primary document based on the system Document Handle Keyword Value(s) associated with the primary document. The primary Document Type must have the Document Handle Keyword Type assigned. Document Handle Keyword Values are matched to Document Handles of secondary documents to determine related documents. Also, the Document Handle Keyword Type can be used in conjunction with configuring common keywords to determine related documents. In order for this to be configured successfully, a few configuration steps must be completed.
