Ownership Administration is not available in the Classic OnBase Client interface.

If a queue is configured for ownership and you have rights to administrate ownership, you can view or change the ownership of documents. To view or change ownership:

  1. Select the queue in the Life Cycle View window.
  2. Right-click and select Ownership Administration. The Ownership Administration dialog box is displayed.

    This dialog box contains ownership information for each document in the queue. The information includes the document's ID, Name, and Entry Date. In addition, if the document is currently owned, the Owner is listed, as well as the date the ownership began displayed within the Since column. If the document is not owned, the Owner and Since columns will not have values.

    In this dialog box, you can also change the ownership for a document. To change the ownership for a document:

  3. Select the document in the Ownership Administration dialog box for which you want to change the ownership.
  4. Right-click and select Change Owner. The Change Owner dialog box is displayed.
  5. Select the user you want to grant ownership to from the drop-down list.
  6. Click OK.
