A calendar can also be configured as a Shift Calendar. This Shift Calendar can be applied to a Coverage queue, which is explained in greater detail below. To account for variances in individual users' schedules, lists of days off can be configured for each user and applied to a Shift Calendar. This can further refine load-balancing through Coverage queues.
