Select one of the following options:

Select Create New Index File if you want to generate a new index file. Every time the action is executed, a new file will be generated. This will overwrite the index file if it was previously generated.

Select Append to Existing Index File if you want to append data to the index file after one has been generated. If you want a new file to be generated when one does not exist, select Create new index file if it does not exist.
