The Default Document Type drop-down list allows you to select a default Document Type to which the primary document will be re-indexed. The three following options are available for selection:

  • <Inherit>- If the <Inherit> option is selected, the Document Type in the re-indexing pane will be set to the Document Type of the document on which the action was executed.

  • <All>- If the <All> option is selected, any available Document Type can be selected in the re-indexing pane when the action is executed.

  • Specific Document Type - If a specific Document Type is selected, that Document Type will be selected by default in the re-indexing pane when the action is executed.
