This action can be configured to copy Keyword records in one of two ways:

  1. Copy Missing Keyword Records on This Item - When this option is selected, any Keyword records that exist on the primary item but are not found on related items are copied to a new Multi-Instance Keyword Record on the primary item.
  2. Copy Missing Keyword Records on Related Items - When this option is selected, any Keyword records that exist on related items but are not found on the primary item are copied to a new Multi-Instance Keyword Record on the specified related items. A missing Keyword record is added to a new Multi-Instance Keyword Type Group only on the related item that contains the record that is not present on the primary item.
