A Site Provisioning for Microsoft SharePoint license is required to configure and use this action.

Triggers the creation of a new SharePoint site from a document in Workflow, by using a set of System Keyword Types associated with a Document Type.

The first time you configure this action, OnBase automatically creates the following Alphanumeric Keyword Types:

This value specifies whether the SharePoint site will use unique permissions rather than inherit permissions from the parent site. If the value is Yes, then the site will use the group and role permissions specified for the SPS Members, Owners, and Visitors Keyword Types, if group and role values are specified.
