Executes load balancing for the selected item(s). This is the same functionality that is executed when an item enters a load balancing queue. This action can be configured to rebalance the selected items in any queue that is configured with load balancing.
Note:
When the rebalance function is initiated, existing assignments are cleared and new assignments are made based on the load-balancing queue's configuration.
