You can filter which life cycles display in the Repositories pane.

To filter life cycles:

  1. Click the drop-down list at the top of the pane to view the filter options.

    A context menu is displayed.

  2. Select one of the following options to filter the life cycles displayed in the Repositories pane:

    • View All- View all life cycles that the user has rights to view.

    • My Checked-Out Life Cycles- View all life cycles the currently logged-in user has checked out.

    • Created By Current User- View all life cycles that the currently logged-in user created.

      Note:

      When a new life cycle is created, if the Repositories pane is configured to filter life cycles by My Checked-Out Life Cycles or Created By Current User, the life cycle will not be displayed in the Repositories pane until the Repository is saved.

    The current selected filter is highlighted in the context menu.

  3. The Repositories pane is updated to display the filtered life cycles.
