Add Document Type Groups to the list to compare to the current item's Document Type Group. To add or remove Document Type Groups from the list:

  1. Click Modify. The Document Type Groups dialog box is displayed.
  2. Select the check box next to the Document Type Groups you want to assign to the rule.
    If you want to view only Document Type Groups that are currently assigned, select Show only included items. You can use the Find field to enter the name of a Document Type Group you want to find.
  3. Select the check box above the list of Document Type Groups to toggle between selecting all Document Type Groups, no Document Type Groups, or the Document Type Groups already selected.
  4. When you are finished configuring Document Type Groups, click OK.
