Add Document Types to the list to compare to the current item's Document Type. To add or remove Document Types from the list:

  1. Click Modify. The Document Types dialog box is displayed.
  2. Select the check box next to the Document Types you want to assign to the rule.
    If you want to view only Document Types that are currently assigned, select Show only included items. You can use the Find field to enter the name of a Document Type you want to find.
  3. When you are finished configuring Document Types, click OK.
