Select Keyword Value Exists if you want the rule to evaluate true if the value exists.
If you want to ensure that all instances of a Multi-Instance Keyword Set have a valid value for the specified Keyword Type, select the Keyword present on all instances of Multi-Instance Keyword Type Group.
When Keyword Value Exists is selected, you can evaluate either the current documents/items or related documents/items.
