If the queue selected in the Queue drop-down list is a load balanced queue, the Count Items fields are enabled. The following options are available:

Select All to count all items in the selected queue.

Select Assigned To and select a specific user from the drop-down list.

Select Assigned To (Keyword Specified) if you want to count the items assigned to a user specified in the value of the selected Keyword Type.
