If queue counts are enabled, you may need to refresh the queue counts in order to view an accurate representation of the number of documents within queues. To refresh queues, click the Refresh Queue Count button.
The queue counts will be updated to reflect changes within OnBase.
Note:
This button is not available if queue counts are not enabled or if a life cycle is selected in the Life Cycle View tab instead of a queue.
Note:
Refreshing queue counts will also refresh the Inbox.
