When the second pane is displayed, the document viewing area is divided into two panes. The left pane displays the selected document and the right pane displays the selected related document. The second pane can be configured to display by default. To enable the second pane to display by default:

In the Workflow section of the Client Settings panel, select Show Second Pane.
