You can apply folder templates to the Work Folder tab by right-clicking in the Work Folder tab and selecting Template. A list of available templates is displayed depending on your privileges. If a default template is assigned to a queue, it is applied automatically. When a template is applied, the name of the template is displayed at the bottom of the Work Folder tab:
To remove a template, right-click in the Work Folder tab and select Template | None.
