Note:
A Workflow Approval Management license is required for this feature.
Approval queues are accessed in the Workflow layout.
Only items that you are assigned to approve will appear in your approval queue. Once you have approved or rejected an item, it is no longer visible in your queue.
If there are no items for you to approve, the ad hoc tasks are disabled for that queue.
