Within the Unity Client, you can see diagnostic logging for the single user's session by accessing the On Demand Diagnostics (ODD) feature. ODD allows you to obtain diagnostics without disrupting the server to turn on diagnostic mail slots. Administrators with the On Demand Diagnostics user group privilege, set in the Configuration module, should have access to ODD.
Note:
ODD only logs Workflow activity in the Unity Client Workflow interface. ODD is not supported in the other Workflow interfaces.
ODD is accessed in the Unity Client by selecting File | Troubleshooting | On Demand Diagnostics. The ODD console is displayed. The following is an example:
