The Workflow log is a report of the activities in Workflow. The information is contained in a database table that tracks changes made to documents within the Workflow. Privileges to view this log are limited to the system administrator; however, users may be given authority to purge all, or a selection, of the log file.
Workflow log entries consume database space and add overhead to processing time. Use logging only when necessary.
Note:
The Workflow Log menu option is visible only if your user group has been granted appropriate rights.
