- In the Configuration module, select Import | XML Index Document Import Processor . The XML Index Document Import Configuration dialog box is displayed.
- Select a format from the list.

Click one of the following configuration options:

Settings
-
Document Types
-
Process Settings
-
Field Order
-
Notifications
Change the configuration for the selected options. See Create an XML Index DIP Format for additional information on the configuration options.

- Click Save & Close.
- Repeat for all configuration options necessary.
