It is important to not only review the verification reports, but to look at the actual documents themselves and review their Keyword Values. After the process has been complete, it is best to randomly review documents every few weeks to make sure there are no issues with new Document Types, formatting changes, or Keyword Type field changes in the import index file.

To check the documents, you can open the batch by double-clicking on it in the Awaiting Commit queue, Committed queue in the TIP window, or by clicking on the Document Type Group and then the Document Type in the Retrieval screen and clicking Find. A hit list of the documents in the batch will now be displayed. To view a document, double-click on it.

Keywords can be viewed and modified by right-clicking on a document in a hit list or on an open document and selecting the Keywords option.

The Add/Modify Keywords dialog box will be displayed. Check the Keyword Values; if they do not exist or are not accurate, enter the correct value in the appropriate text field and click Save.

The document can be re-indexed as an entirely different document type with the appropriate Keyword Values.

To re-index a document:

  1. Open the document from the Awaiting Commit queue, Committed queue or the Document Retrieval screen.
  2. Select File | Re-Index. The Re-Index Document dialog box will be displayed.
  3. Select the appropriate Document Type from the drop down list.
  4. Enter the appropriate Keyword Values.
  5. Click on Index to save the changes.
