To configure a TIP, the user must have configuration rights. To set the proper configuration rights, do as follows:

  1. In the Configuration module, select User | User Groups / Rights to view the User Groups & Rights dialog box. Select a User Group.
  2. Click the Configuration Rights button.
  3. Select the following options:

    • Keyword Configuration

    • Document Configuration

    • System Configuration

    • Process Configuration

  4. Click Save.
