Grant Product Rights to User Groups that will configure and process TIP Processor formats. To grant product rights to User Groups:

  1. From the User Groups & Rights dialog box in the Client module, select the User Group.
  2. Click Product Rights.
  3. Select the Client and XML Tagged Import options under Registered Processing Products.
  4. Click Save.
  5. To allow User Groups to purge TIP batches from the Incomplete Process, Awaiting Commit, and Incomplete Commit queues:
    1. From the User Groups & Rights dialog box in the Client module, select the User Group.
    2. Click on Product Rights.
    3. Select the XML Tagged Import option listed under Administrative Processing Privileges.
    4. Click Save & Close.
