A Batch is a collection of documents. Documents imported together into OnBase using a single process format comprise a batch. Actions performed on a batch, such as commit or purge, affect all documents in a batch.
A TIP Batch is a group of documents for input into OnBase using the TIP. Documents are not added to batches after initial processing. When a process format is used for the second time, a new batch of documents is created. Batches also include a Verification Report, a system-generated report detailing the progress and errors encountered during processing. The Format queue displays available process formats.
