Run configuration reports after any new Disk Groups, Document Type Groups, Document Types or Keyword Types are configured in OnBase for a new TIP process.
Configuration reports detail the exact setup of items in the system. With this information, troubleshooting and communication with technical support representatives are greatly improved. Additionally, configuration reports are stored in OnBase, providing a historical record of the system structure.
To run configuration reports, select Report in the Configuration module and select the appropriate report.
Clicking on any of the menu options will run the Configuration report for that item. The Run All Reports will run all of the reports. Reports are stored in OnBase as SYS Configuration Reports and can be retrieved in the Client module.
Whenever new items are created or a process is changed, a Configuration Report should be run.
