The batches available in the Committed or Awaiting Commit Queue are dependent on the selection of the batch range in the Select Batch Range dialog box. The default number of batches available in the queue is 1000 shared between all processes within OnBase. This may cause the list to appear non-sequential.
To access the Select Batch Range dialog box,
- Select the Committed or Awaiting Commit queue.
- Right-click in the white space in the left pane. Choose Select Batch Range from the right-click menu.
- Fill in the From and To, or leave at default range.
- Click the Find button when finished. Alternatively, click Clear Range to clear the fields, Reset Range to delete the contents of both fields or Cancel to close the dialog box without making changes.
