To run a job:
- Select the Process Job on the right side of the TIP window.

Right-click and select Process Job.
The Process Job dialog box is displayed:

Select options. The following table explains the options in this dialog box.

Test Only
Runs all formats in the Job and displays a Verification Report for each. This option does not store the data files or add documents to OnBase.
Override Document Date
Overrides the Default Document Date settings in the job and sets the date to the one entered. The Default date entered is applied to any documents not configured to obtain the date via the process format. When a job is configured, the default date is selected. This overriding date resets all process formats assigned to the job to the one specified. If a process is configured to pull the document date from the import index file, this setting has no effect, nor does the one selected when the job was configured.

Click Process.
The status bar is displayed during each format. When the job is finished, each format generates a batch in the appropriate queue.
