The main meeting screen has several sections that allow you to work with items created for a meeting agenda.

From this screen, there are several sections including:

  1. Meeting Information. This section provides the meeting name, meeting date and meeting type.
  2. Meeting Agenda and Agenda Items. This sections displays the meeting agenda and any agenda items that were created in OnBase Agenda.
  3. Agenda Section/Item icons. These icons can indicate if the agenda item has attachments, notes, or annotation, or if the agenda item is flagged as a closed section. For more information, see Agenda Section/Item Icons.
  4. Reload. This option provides the ability to reload an agenda that has already been downloaded to your mobile device. A reload captures any new items or attachments since the download took place. For more information, see Reload an Agenda.
  5. Highlight Items. If you want to highlight an agenda item so it stands out from the others, you can select an item, and then choose a highlighting color to apply it. For more information, see Highlight Agenda Items.
  6. Notes and Documents. This section provides the ability to add notes to an agenda item, and view notes and documents for an agenda item. For more information, see Notes and Documents.
  7. Navigation Buttons. This section provides buttons allowing you to navigate to different screens, and to allow you to view all notes taken on all items in the agenda. For more information, see Navigation Buttons.
