The tabs at the bottom of the meeting screen allow you to add notes to agenda item, view notes, and download and view documents attached to agenda items.
Note the following:

If an agenda item has a document associated with it, the Documents pane is displayed by default.

If no documents are attached to an agenda item, then the Notes pane is displayed by default.

If an agenda item has both a note and a document associated with it, the Notes pane is displayed by default.
