Notes can call attention to specific pages in the document that may need extra consideration. Once a note has been added, it can be dragged to any location on the page. You can also select a color for the note to suit your needs.

To add notes to a document:

  1. Tap the Notes button.
    The Notes dialog box is displayed.
  2. Tap the + button to add a note. A text box is displayed allowing you to enter a note.
  3. Enter the note in the text box.
  4. Select a color option for the note from the bottom of the Notes dialog box. The default color is red.
  5. Tap Save. The note is displayed on the document. You can drag the note to any location on the screen, or to any page in the document.
