If you have information you want to reference on a page in a document, you can add bookmarks as needed. Once bookmarks have been added to the document, you can quickly jump to the location of the bookmarked information.

Bookmarks can be viewed by tapping the Bookmarks icon, and then tapping the bookmark from the dialog box. The referenced page is displayed on the screen.

To add bookmarks to a document:

  1. Navigate to the page in the document to which you want to add a bookmark.
  2. Tap the Bookmarks icon.
The Bookmarks dialog box is displayed. Any bookmarks that exist for the document are listed.
  3. Tap the + icon to add a bookmark. The page number of the bookmark is displayed, along with a text box to add information about the bookmark.
  4. Enter text in the text box to describe the bookmark.
  5. Tap Save. The bookmark is added to the list of bookmarks, and a bookmark icon is displayed at the top of the page.
