Are all HL7 messages being sent from a life cycle?
Older configurations of OnBase may include HL7 messages being sent directly from capture processes such as Scan, DIP, or COLD. The Integration for Epic Chart Search solution does not support the use of direct sending. OnBase must be configured to send HL7 from a life cycle for the Integration for Epic Chart Search solution to properly function.

Was your OnBase environment installed using the
Services HBI (Healthcare Base Implementation) standard?
If your environment was not installed using the HBI standard, some configuration items such as Keyword Types, Document Types, Document Type Groups, and Workflow life cycles may need to be mapped differently during the life cycle import.

Does the Cancelled Encounter Document Type exist in your
environment?
If there is a Cancelled Encounter Document Type in your environment, it must be added to the list of excluded documents in the ECS - Configuration queue.

Are Epic Web Blob Passthrough documents being stored in OnBase?
If Epic Web Blob Passthrough documents are being stored in OnBase, the WBP Processing task list must be enabled in the ECS - Configuration queue.

Is the HBI - Import Source (or equivalent) Keyword Type present on all medical
record Document Types?
If the HBI - Import Source (or equivalent) Keyword Type is not configured or assigned to all medical records Document Types, the following changes are required:
- The Set WBP Property - Lookup Type action must be changed to have
the constant value set to SCRIPT.Note: This is not necessary if the WBP Processing Tasks are disabled.
- The Set WBP Property - Lookup Type action must be changed to have
