You can remove an unnecessary category by deleting it. The Content Types associated with the deleted category remain available to users through the All category and any other categories they are assigned to.
Note:
You cannot delete the All category. The All category is associated with all available Content Types.
To delete a category:

Open the Categories page by doing one of the following:

Click the Categories option on the home page.

Click the main menu button in the upper-left corner of the Hyland Clinician Window Configuration application and select Categories.
The Categories page is displayed.

Click the Delete button in the upper-right corner of the page.
