You can change the order in which columns are displayed in the content list.
The Content List Display Columns page reflects the order in which columns are displayed left-to-right in Hyland Clinician Window.
To reorder columns:

Open the Content List page by doing one of the following:

Click the Content List option on the home page.

Click the main menu button in the upper-left corner of the Hyland Clinician Window Configuration application and select Content List.
The Content List Display Columns page is displayed.

Reorder the columns by clicking and dragging their handles.
Only enabled columns are displayed in Hyland Clinician Window.
