You can change the order in which filters are displayed in the filter pane.
The Filter Categories page reflects the order in which filters are displayed in Hyland Clinician Window.
To reorder filters:

Open the Filter Categories page by doing one of the following:

Click the Filter Categories option on the home page.

Click the main menu button in the upper-left corner of the Hyland Clinician Window Configuration application and select Filter Categories.
The Filter Categories page is displayed.

Reorder the filters by clicking and dragging the handles.
Only enabled filters are available in Hyland Clinician Window.
