Headers display metadata information in the top left and right corners of the Hyland Clinician Window viewer when content is selected for viewing.

To configure viewer headers:

  1. Open the Content List page by doing one of the following:

    • Click the Content List option on the home page.

    • Click the main menu button in the upper-left corner of the Hyland Clinician Window Configuration application and select Content List.

    The Content List Display Columns page is displayed.

  2. In the Viewer Headers section, under Left Side of Viewer and Right Side of Viewer, select the type of information you want displayed on the top left and top right sides of the Hyland Clinician Window viewer from the Metadata Type drop-down list.
    Note:

    The Metadata Type selected for the left and right sides of the viewer must be different. You cannot have the same Metadata Type selected for both sides of the viewer.

  3. Enter a label for this information in the Label field.

    This label is optional. The label you enter is displayed when you move your mouse over the header in the Hyland Clinician Window viewer.

    Note:

    The maximum number of characters that can be entered is 40.

  4. Click Save.
    Tip:

    You can also press Ctrl + S to save your changes.
