You can delete an unnecessary Unified Type using the Hyland Healthcare Configuration Utility. Content Types mapped to the Unified Type become unmapped when the Unified Type is deleted.

To delete a Unified Type:

  1. Log on to the Hyland Healthcare Configuration Utility.
  2. Select the Unified Type from the Unified Types pane. The right pane displays the configuration of the Unified Type.
  3. Click the Delete Unified Type button in the upper-right corner of the page.
  4. Click Continue when prompted. A confirmation message is displayed.
