If your Clinician Window solution is configured to use the XDS adapter for XDS content retrieval, then the EnableXDSContentViewing setting must be configured to allow XDS content viewing in Clinician Window.
To configure XDS content viewing:
- Open the appsettings.Production.json file of the Hyland Clinician Window API in a plain-text editor. In a default installation, this file is located at: C:\Program Files\Hyland\CW_API
- Find the EnableXDSContentViewing setting and set the value to true to enable XDS content viewing in Clinician Window.
- Save and close the appsettings.Production.json file.
- Recycle the application pool of the Hyland Clinician Window API for the changes to take effect.
